Terms of Service

1. General
VaBeachTech, a division of Sansone Advisory Group LLC, provides technology consulting and IT support. By hiring us, you agree to these terms. These apply to all services, whether onsite or remote.
2. Payments & Cancellations
Payment: Due as stated on your invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
Refunds: All sales are final unless agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Liability & Data
While we take every precaution, you acknowledge that VaBeachTech is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or downtime resulting from hardware failure, pre-existing conditions, or third-party software.
Client Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining valid backups prior to any service unless backup management is part of your contract.
4. Hardware & Software
Hardware: Provided "as-is" with manufacturer warranties. No refunds on installed hardware.
Licensing: You are responsible for maintaining proper software licensing compliance.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any access to your systems or data is treated as confidential and used strictly for performing contracted services.
6. Service Limitations
Services are provided "as available." We cannot guarantee prevention of all cybersecurity threats (e.g., zero-day exploits) or outages caused by third parties (ISPs, Cloud Vendors).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be handled in Virginia Beach, VA.
